Wireless Customer Agreement

This Wireless Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between T1 Mobile LLC d/b/a TrumpSM Mobile (“Trump Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person or entity activating, using, or paying for our Services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement governs the terms of use for voice, messaging, and wireless data services, including devices, software, websites, mobile apps, and all related services (collectively, “Services”).
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trump Mobile regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. By activating or using Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Trump Mobile as an MVNO
Trump Mobile is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (“MVNO”). We do not own wireless towers or network infrastructure. Coverage, service quality, and data speeds depend on the underlying carrier networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, coverage in all areas, or specific speeds.
2. Postpaid Service
Services are postpaid. You will receive a monthly invoice for charges incurred. Trump Mobile may require credit checks, deposits, advance payments, or establish credit limits. Failure to maintain satisfactory credit may result in service suspension or termination.
3. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins when Service is activated and continues month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. Trump Mobile may suspend or terminate Service for:
- Nonpayment
- Fraud or excessive/abnormal use
- Violation of law or this Agreement/AUP
- Chargebacks or inaccurate credit information
- Regulatory requirements
You remain responsible for all charges through the end of the billing cycle.
4. Billing, Charges, and Payment
You agree to pay all:
- Monthly plan charges
- Overage and roaming fees
- Device installment payments
- Activation/upgrade fees
- Taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges
Payments are due by the invoice date. Late payments may result in fees, suspension, or termination.
5. Credit and Deposits
Trump Mobile may set credit limits or require deposits. Deposits may be applied to unpaid balances. No interest is paid on deposits unless required by law. Exceeding credit limits may result in Service interruption.
6. Devices and SIM Cards
You are responsible for all Devices and SIM/eSIM cards on your account. Safeguard them against unauthorized use. Lost or stolen Devices must be reported immediately. You remain responsible for charges until notification.
7. Service Limitations
Service may be interrupted due to:
- Network congestion
- Weather or emergencies
- Equipment failure
- Third-party carrier limitations
Data speeds may be reduced after usage thresholds. Network management practices may be applied reasonably.
8. International Roaming and Dailing
Availability and rates vary by Rate Plan and Device. You may incur charges for:
- International calls and messages (including voicemail)
- Incoming calls routed to voicemail
- Data usage while roaming
Rates and billing increments vary by country. Service may be limited or terminated without notice. You must comply with U.S. export laws and applicable foreign import laws.

9. 911 and Emergency Services
911 and Wi-Fi calling may not function during outages or congestion. Location information may be inaccurate. Trump Mobile is not liable to the maximum extent allowed by law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Trump Mobile disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Trump Mobile’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services during the six (6) months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Trump Mobile from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of this Agreement, or unauthorized account use.
13. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration
13.1 Informal Resolution
Most disputes can be resolved by contacting customer support at (888) 511-3894. Written notice must be provided, and 30 days allowed for resolution before arbitration.
13.2 Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is individual only; class actions or consolidations are not permitted. Federal Arbitration Act governs enforcement.
13.3 Scope
This agreement covers all disputes, including claims arising from contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or advertising, whether they arise before, during, or after termination of this Agreement.
13.4 Agency Rights
This does not preclude complaints to federal, state, or local agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission, which may seek relief on your behalf.
13.5 Small Claims
Claims eligible for small claims court may be filed there instead of arbitration. Claims must be filed within two (2) years unless law provides otherwise.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Arbitration provisions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
15. Privacy
Your use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which covers collection and use of personal information, location data, device identifiers, and credit information.
Your use of the Services may generate Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), including telecommunications service usage data and call detail records. Our use, protection, and disclosure of CPNI are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable telecommunications laws.
16. Changes to Agreement
Trump Mobile may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via bill messages, email, or website posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance..
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding Services.
18. Severability
If any provision, including arbitration, is found invalid, it will be severed without affecting the remainder, which remains enforceable.
19. Force Majeure
Trump Mobile is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or government actions.
20. Acceptable Use Policy
Use of Services must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited uses include spam, fraud, unauthorized access, network abuse, reselling without authorization, and illegal activities. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
21. Number Portability and Phone Number Ownership
Phone numbers remain under carrier control. Porting is allowed per FCC rules. Numbers not ported may be reassigned after termination.
22. Network Management and Data Usage
Trump Mobile may implement reasonable network management, including throttling or prioritization, to maintain service quality. Data speeds and performance may vary based on location, device, and network conditions.
