T1™ Limited Warranty

Region: United States (including all 50 States, District of Columbia, and U.S. territories where authorized for sale)

Products Covered: TrumpSM Mobile T1TM series smartphones and original in-box accessories sold through TrumpSM Mobile's official U.S. website, authorized retailers, and authorized carriers (collectively "Authorized Channels").

IMPORTANT: This Limited Warranty is provided automatically with your product and gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary by state. Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits or excludes rights mandated by applicable law.

1. Warranty Coverage and Period

1.1. What's Covered

TrumpSM Mobile warrants that the T1TM product and original in-box accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal consumer use and in accordance with this Limited Warranty and TrumpSM Mobile's published user guidelines available at https://trumpmobile.com/user-guides. This Limited Warranty extends to any subsequent owner of the product during the remaining warranty period.

1.2. Warranty Duration

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, the warranty period begins on the original retail purchase date from an Authorized Channel. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period will begin 30 days after the product's manufacturing date as indicated by the serial number:

  • T1TM smartphone: 12 months
  • Original in-box accessories (charger, USB-C cable, SIM tray ejector): 90 days
  • Battery: 12 months (note: gradual battery capacity reduction due to normal use is not a defect; defects in materials or workmanship remain covered)

1.3. Replacement and Repair Warranty

Any product or part replaced under this Limited Warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished to meet original specifications. You will be notified if a refurbished part will be used.

2.2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

All warranty claims require a valid RMA number. Do not ship products without obtaining an RMA number first—unauthorized shipments may be refused or delayed. If you ship a product without an RMA number and it is refused, TrumpSM Mobile will not be responsible for return shipping costs or risk of loss during return transit.

3. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is submitted during the applicable warranty period, TrumpSM Mobile will, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, do one of the following:

  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts;
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished T1TM product; or
  • Provide a refund of the original purchase price (including applicable sales tax where required by law) if repair or replacement is not reasonably feasible.

If the defect cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as required by applicable law. TrumpSM Mobile will provide notice of your options if this threshold is reached.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and TrumpSM Mobile is not liable for, issues arising from:

  • Accidental or intentional damage, including drops, liquid exposure, fire, flood, lightning, or power surges;
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, rooting, jailbreaking, or installation of custom firmware to the extent such act caused or contributed to the defect;
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chipping), worn buttons, port degradation, or screen burn-in from normal use;
  • Improper use or failure to follow published user guidelines;
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or services;
  • Altered, defaced or missing serial numbers or IMEI;
  • Products not intended for sale in the United States;
  • Carrier network issues or service interruptions; or
  • Lost or stolen products

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

5.1. Claim Process

  • Proof of original retail purchase is required, regardless of ownership transfer, product model, and IMEI/serial number;
  • Contact support via any Authorized Channel to describe the defect and provide troubleshooting steps already performed;
  • Complete remote troubleshooting as requested (e.g., system updates, factory reset, hardware self-test);
  • Upon approval, receive RMA number and shipping instructions; and
  • Follow the data and privacy procedures below before shipping the product. Package the product securely (include RMA number on the package) and ship to the designated service center.

5.2. Shipping & Risk of Loss for In-Warranty Claims

For approved in-warranty claims, TrumpSM Mobile will cover standard return shipping costs, and TrumpSM Mobile bears the risk of loss or damage to the product once it is delivered to the authorized carrier in accordance with provided shipping instructions.

5.3. Data and Privacy

5.3.1. Data Backup Obligation

Before sending the product for service, back up all personal data (photos, contacts, messages, etc.). TrumpSM Mobile is not responsible for data loss during repair.

5.3.2. Device Preparation for Service

  • Disable screen locks, facial recognition, activation locks, and "Find My Device" features.
  • Log out of all associated accounts (email, cloud services, etc.).
  • Remove any and all data that you deem confidential and do not want others to possibly view, even inadvertently, as part of the service and repair process.
  • Factory reset the device before sending it in for repairs.

Failure to complete these steps may result in delayed or refused service.

5.3.3. Privacy Protection

All device information and service records will be handled in accordance with TrumpSM Mobile's Privacy Policy (available at https://trumpmobile.com/privacy).

6. Out-of-Warranty Service and Shipping & Risk of Loss

For issues not covered by this Limited Warranty, TrumpSM Mobile offers paid repair services:

  • A diagnostic fee (where applicable) will be quoted before service begins.
  • You will receive a detailed quote for parts, labor, and shipping.
  • You may choose to proceed with the repair, request the product be returned (with applicable fees), or decline service.
  • Paid repairs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty for the specific repaired parts and labor.

For out-of-warranty claims, you are solely responsible for all shipping costs and associated fees, and you bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during transit, so recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPSM MOBILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Implied Warranties

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. General Terms

9.1. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of [Florida/Missouri], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable state law.

9.2. Dispute Resolution

For disputes not resolved through support channels, please contact our U.S.-based customer service team. All TrumpSM Mobile customer support is proudly based in Missouri. You may initiate a voluntary dispute mediation process via (888) 878-6745 or care@trumpmobile.com. Detailed procedures for alternative dispute resolution will be provided via email upon request, and all mediation will comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state consumer protection laws. Participation in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes is voluntary and does not limit your right to pursue remedies under applicable law.

9.3. Policy Updates

TrumpSM Mobile may update this Limited Warranty from time to time. Changes apply only prospectively to products purchased after the revised effective date.
