Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of TrumpSM Mobile wireless voice, messaging, and data services(collectively, the “Services”). By activating or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the Wireless Customer Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your Services.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violating any local, state, federal, or international law
  • Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or financial scams
  • Using the Services to distribute illegal content

Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Sending unsolicited bulk SMS or MMS messages
  • Operating robocall systems without proper authorization
  • Sending phishing messages or malicious links

Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct

  • Impersonating another person or organization
  • Attempting to obtain confidential information from other users
  • Conducting fraudulent telecommunications activity

Network Abuse

  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Trump Mobile network
  • Launching denial-of-service attacks or other network interference
  • Attempting unauthorized access to network infrastructure or systems

Circumvention of Network Controls

  • Bypassing network management practices
  • Manipulating device settings to evade data usage limits
  • Using unauthorized software or equipment to access Services

Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Reselling or redistributing Services without authorization
  • Operating call centers, messaging platforms, or automated dialing systems using consumer plans without approval

2. Network Management and Data Usage

To maintain network performance and reliability, Trump Mobile may employ reasonable network management practices.

These practices may include:

  • Reducing data speeds after high usage thresholds
  • Prioritizing certain types of traffic during periods of congestion
  • Limiting tethering or hotspot usage based on service plans
  • Restricting applications or services that interfere with network performance Actual speeds and performance may vary depending on location, device capabilities, network conditions, and underlying carrier limitations

3. Device and SIM Use

Customers must use compatible and authorized devices with the Services.

Prohibited device-related activities include:

  • Cloning or tampering with SIM or eSIM cards
  • Altering device identifiers or firmware to bypass network controls
  • Using stolen or unauthorized devices on the network

Customers are responsible for safeguarding devices and SIM cards assigned to their accounts.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account or devices associated with your account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Promptly report lost or stolen devices
  • Notify Trump Mobile if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization Unauthorized use of your account may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Enforcement

Trump Mobile reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

If we determine that your use of the Services violates this policy, we may take appropriate action including:

  • issuing warnings
  • Restricting network access
  • Suspending Services
  • Terminating your account
  • Reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities

Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect network integrity or prevent fraud.

6. Compliance with Law

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • telecommunications regulations
  • consumer protection laws
  • anti-spam and robocall laws
  • export and import regulations when traveling internationally

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

Your use of Trump Mobile Services is also governed by the following agreements:

  • Wireless Customer Agreement
  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy

These policies together constitute the complete set of terms governing your use of the Services.

8. Modifications

Trump Mobile may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Trump Mobile website. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
